WELCOME TO PINK HOUR
GENTLE MOVEMENT FOR CHRONIC PAIN
EMPATHY-LED RESTORATIVE WELLNESS
Gentle movement and restorative wellness for pain relief.
“Like water, the body remains powerful in every state.”
– Noelia Cruz
Pink Hour is a restorative movement practice designed for bodies living with pain, fatigue, or fluctuating energy.
Inspired by the waters of the Great Lakes, the platform offers filmed guided gentle movement sessions and moments of stillness that support mobility and relief.
Pink Hour is especially supportive for people who:
live with chronic pain
experience fluctuating energy or fatigue
are recovering from injury
seek slower paced movements

Each of the Five Great Lakes offers a different pace and water state.
Pink Hour Journal is a Solstice and Equinox publication that captures (pH) journeys around the Great Lakes, stories that inform the water-land connections of this platform, the fluctuations of our bodies of water; and reflections on Restorative Wellness.
